Some of those could be tough to solve but sometimes it's clear that a message does'nt relates to a thread.

Example

Thread number 7823456: How do I control the number of users for an application

Message number: 7823675

     You did'nt read well. You should use a pinch of salt for that recipe not 
     a cup...

You see in some situations it could be easier ;-)
