Sending Mail Merge Documents via Outlook
Hello,
I have a Word document that I have merged with information from my database. When I email this document to a client, they get this message: "xxx.doc is a mail merge main document. Word cannot find its data source xxx.dbf." Then it gives the client the choice of removing all merge info after which they see the document (minus all pertinent info.)
How can I send the client a "flat file" w/o any bookmarks?
