These records are manually deleted once they are combined by the user. Per the client, I'm just trying to automate the process. These records are pulled in from sales done on the internet. All that happens is on the internet, the customer is only allowed to buy one license at a time (I can't control this). Most of the time they end up buying 2 or 3 which, if done within our office, there would only be one record.
