>>After one of our web users inputs and saves their information, emails are sent out automatically, to customers specified by that user with embedded links back to our website. Unfortunately, in come cases, different margins are being used and this causes breaks in the text, that make the links invalid.

>>I know how to fix the link but I don't want our customers to have to do this.

>First off this really an issue with the mail client which autolinks URLs and doesn't take into account line breaks. Moreover most email clients try to be too smart about content and break lines in places they probably shouldn't. If you're using Outlook you can actually undo this by clicking on the top of the message.

>To work around this when sending *TEXT* emails I would suggest sending any URL on a separate line (for formatting email clients a separate paragraph is better yet)...

>As Dragan points out using HTML emails is even better because there you control the content and layout completely, but it's also more work and results in bigger emails.
