Thanks for your help. Great isn't it?! Well, seeing as the files are only updated once a night that I need to copy, I'll just have to put a fudge in which will be OK for us, but really doing things like that makes my blood boil! Like saying, OK so long as its within say 5 seconds then we assume that its the same and hasn't been modified!

Cheers anyway. Saves me messing around with trying another set of functions!
