I don't know exactely what You want to do. You could probably do this with a lot of macro-crypting, but I fear that the merge is more like one internal command in word.

It sounds as if this would be much easier the other way round. I.E. automate Word from within VFP. It easier than it sounds and You can jump to one source, write a bit, display a dialogue, jump to the other, write the next bit.

What exactely do Yo have in mind?
