I recently purchased the Hentzenwerke book by Cindy Winegarden and Evan Delay (Visual FoxPro Certification Study Guide). I have already read though it. I have several years of experience, but there are a few areas of VFP that I need to acquaint myself with. I recommend the book to anyone thinking about taking the tests. The book is exactly what it says it is: a Study Guide. It helps you determine where your strengths and weaknesses lie. It offers a lot of recommended reading which I found useful so far. It's a bit pricey (though all Hentzenwerke books are mainly due to supply and demand I suppose).
You can get the book directly at
http://www.hentzenwerke.com/catalogavailability/certfox6.htm or at amazon.com (which is where I got mine).
