Hi John,

Sounds like WinWord is not correctly registered. What about running

WINWORD /REGSERVER

from the Command prompt? Do you have a HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00020905-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} key in your registry and do the values point to the correct OLB file?
