Someone please help.

Running an app. over a NT network, single user, application flies.
The minute you try and log into the same app from another machine, the second machine takes forever to open tables, using the Use function
We have the following settings:
Set MULTILOCKS ON
Set EXCLUSIVE OFF
Set REPROCESS TO AUTOMATIC
Set DELETE ON
Set OPTIMIZE ON
Set RESOURCE OFF

we have tried with and without:
Sys(3050,1,10000000)
Sys(3050,2,6000000)


PLease someone help
