It is my opinion that it is not based on a very precise issue that I encountered recently. I was using the STRTOFILE() function. I am absolutely certain that it did not work under Win2000 and WinME while it did under WinNT and Win98. FWIW, I find that to be a trivial issue. I have not encountered any other issues and this one is easy to deal with by using the F*() functions instead.
