I'm going under the assumption that the program knows what to do with each printer and that his problem is making sure that output is directed to that printer.

The Word Dialog sets the default printer to whatever name is supplied. It's the equivalent of going into SETTINGS - PRINTERS - pick the printer and SET AS DEFAULT.
