We are using a program called DZ_EASY.PRG that registers function in Dynazip using the Regfn32 function from Foxtools.

I can get a consistent error 2028: API call caused an exception on windows 98 machines with the following lines at runtime:

SET LIBRARY TO foxtools.fll
IF "Visual FoxPro" $ VERSION()
fdzipstart = RegFn32("dzipstart", "", "I", "DZ_EZ32.DLL")

The error occurs on the last line above.

The only library in memory is the foxtools.fll in the working directory.

If I run foxpro, CD to the same directory, set library to the same file and run the command it works fine.

We do not have the same issue on win 2000 machines.
