Yes, I ran some tests using the ODBC method on the network yesterday and it seemed rather slow at times. I was able to get VFP and ODBC and Crystal to work together yesterday after much time and effort. All I needed to do was click off a checkbox called "Fetch data in background" inside the ODBC Administrator window. The program I ran to get to it was called odbcad32.exe or there should be an icon for it under the Control Panel.

My partner in crime wants me to use ODBC, not FOX2X. He thinks that FOX2X is going backwards. Win some, lose some.
