Check out Ed Rauh's CLSHEAP and NETRESOURCE entries in the Download section. NETRESOURCE has example of scanning a netwrok for shared resources. You could use this technique genericly and only scan for the PCs themselves.

I wrote a VB COM object to do the same thing years ago so if the VFP solution doesn't work out, let me know and I'll forward the DLL.
