If I've got the Latin correct then it should translate to "Is it safe? Is it safe?" which is a line from the book/movie Marathon Man. As I can best recall the sadistic antagonist was using dental tools on the protagonist and wanted to know if it was safe to do get something or whether the CIA knew about the plan.
