Having run into some problems with Installshield, finding dead ends in the included help file, I went to their web site and looked for answers. Not finding any I looked at their support page. After reading it and sending in my question here the response that I got.

Thank you for contacting InstallShield Technical Support.

The free InstallShield product that was included in your software purchase
does not have all the features and capabilities of the full version and is
not entitled to our 30 day introductory support.

Addressing your technical issues is our top priority. We offer two
Pay-Per-Incident Support options which allow you to submit a single support
request to our Product Support team using a valid credit card.

· Standard Pay-Per-Incident Support Request (US $100)
· Premium Pay-Per-Incident Support Request (US $150)

You can purchase either support option online at the following location:

1-847-413-2896 during the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm CST.
