If anyone can suggest anything to get my Menu and Toolbars back I would appreciate it.

I was using WORD as my OUTLOOK Editor

In WORD I have no menus or toolbars:

Esc doesn't do anything.
ALT+V doesn't do anything.
I applied both SR1 and SR2 patches. No difference.
I removed WORD and reinstalled. No difference.
