Have you tried recompiling the class library: COMPILE CLASSLIB yourvcx.vcx ?

If recompiling does not take care of the problem, you can probably pack the VCX:
USE YourVCX.VCX EXCL
PACK
USE
COMPILE CLASSLIB YourVCX.VCX


Make sure you back up your files before messing up with them :)
