And what is the problem with a table?
There isn't much difference between a cursor and a table, except for the following: A cursor is deleted automatically when you close it. A table is not - if you don't want it any more, you have to delete it manually. You want the latter!
Of course, there is another important difference. With a cursor, VFP creates a temp table name, and assigns the alias you specify. But this, too, you can control yourself. Just use sys(2015) to create the table name.
