I clicked on the update button so this message would show again since no one has responded, but the date/time didn't change and it did not show up again in the treeview either. Guess I have to reply to myself to see if anyone has come up with any ideas yet? When did that change? Oh well, does anyone have ideas on why my printing is so so strange (as described below) only when printing from the command window on my development machine?

Anyone?
TIA,
Tracy

>Ok, this is strange. I don't know how long it has been happening since I just noticed it today. I can print to any printer I want (mixture of old dot-matrix and lazerjets) on any port or network fine. However, when I send something to any printer from the command window (like list status even!) I get letters and numbers, jibberish. I verified with set('printer to',2) and set('printer to',3) that the printers are correct by default. This happened to me a few months ago, but I do not remember what I did to resolve it. Any ideas? Here is an example of the junk that is printed:
