Then you are devoted! You have to give up something you really like - looks like you did it! Now you need a support team and system to see you through this decision. :) How about Starbucks? That is good for a buzz if that is what you miss and if you choose the right thing! :)

I had to give up caffeine due to the doctor’s orders. Glad I did as I feel so much better! In fact I have begun drinking mineral water from Germany and Italy and really like it. It is a matter of training and convincing yourself what you “like and enjoy”. :)
