This has been a good thread. However, don't eliminate anyone just because they do have that piece of paper. I'd hire Dr. Ed Rauh at any time.

When an entry-level position is available then those without experience are welcome. Giving someone a piece of paper means little to me when it comes to computers and reality. As for myself I know which end of the horse is which! :)
