Caroline,

Why not
- build a cursor with everything you need in
- copy to (SomeFixedLocation) for !deleted() TYPE FOXPLUS
- use that file for the merge

There are commands in Mailmerge that allow you to
- skip a record
- terminate (complete) current doc(letter) and start a new one

I've done something like that in the past (vague memory)

cust name invoice# duedate amount
1 aaa 1 010101 100
1 aaa 2 020202 150
1 aaa 20 030303 400
7 bbb 8 010101 101
7 bbb 17 020202 160
7 bbb 20 030303 500

Using the skip commands in the merge, I had one letter per cust. On the letter were the outstanding invoices for that customer
