As other fellows are suggesting you to check wininet.dll (and that's a good idea) perhaps you'll find "Essential Wininet: Developing Applications Using the Windows Internet API with RAS, ISAPI, ASP, & COM", by Aaron Skonnard, very useful (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0201379368/qid%3D1013781050/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F0%5F1/104-1946149-3594318).
