I heard there is also an alternate judge at these events in case one of the judges can't judge. This judge supposedly had the higher scoring for the Canadians. This was on one of our radoi stations talk shows, so I do not know how credible it its. AFAIC, the judge from France should be banned and not just suspended. The Russian judges should also be replaced at the remaining skating events to remove tainting of those events.
