I do use the CreateEllipticRgn for elliptical forms. I use the the CreatePolygonRgn for circular forms by creating polygon with 360 vertices.

I'bve been wanting to do this. When I created this, Windows 2000 had recently come out and wasn't the standard it is today (soon to be replaced by Xp).
