So, it works on one setup. So, we'll have to look locally what can cause this.
As for Netscape, it is not supported yet. The preview hasn't been upgraded to support NS.
As for the IE setup that won't bring the preview, I would look first to make sure the per session cookie is still enabled. That should be the default. That means that whenever a new window is opened that the cookie is being broadcasted to the new one.
