Does this mean that you get your users to run a separate program to do the things that you listed before they run the Installshield setup?

We implement all necessary actions in our install/update module.
Except this we make install depending on type of the application data - local, FoxPro client-server or MSDE/SQLServer. This we do, because of developed by us VFP technology - the same VFP6.0/7.0 front-end application to work either with DBF's or with SQL Server7.0/2000 back-end on local or server machine.
