If you would not mind, I would like you to email me the code and report also. My gut feeling is that the blank line is showing up because one of the objects with the Print When statement does NOT have the "Remove line if blank" checkbox checked so what you MAY actually be seeing is the SECOND line of a two line detail with all blank fields. What am not clear about is if, for each record, this report will print 1, 2, or 3 lines of detail so that it could look like this...

Record 1 - ONE line
Record 2 - ONE line
Record 3 - TWO lines
Record 3 - TWO lines
Record 4 - ONE line
Record 5 - THREE lines
Record 5 - THREE lines
Record 5 - THREE lines

In my example above, record #3 produces TWO lines of detail and record #5 produces THREE lines of detail. OR... I may be completely misunderstanding you and for EVERY record, the report will produce one line of detail, or TWO lines of detail, or three lines of detail.
