All of a sudden mozilla now takes 5-10 minutes to load at first instance. Previously it took less that 30-50 secs.
When I click the Icon the loading cursor is shown for first few secs then everthing disappears. After 5-10 mins the mozilla windows start appearing (the number of times I tried to activate it).

What have I done. (My machine does not have a battery backup so recently was shutdown abruptly 2-3 times).
