I only need that for one form, since I want to make an Outlook like splitter bar (black and transparent when dragged). The splitter is a form and I use OLE Drag&Drop for letting the user move the splitter.

IMO, one option would be having an "in-screen" form for the user to click on, when he wants to move the splitter. Then I could set the in-screen form to visible=.f. and show a desktop-form that is being moved while dragging (if that works). This would need some testing to find out what really works. But there should be a way.
