I don't think the way things are stored, searched and retrieved in a wiki is something that applies here, IMHO. Think that a specific app oriented to that specific service must be employed (and developed to that purpose).

A powerfull search engine (not just fast, but supporting many options), clean results presentation and further document browsing is a must have, among many other goods. Also think that compensating the work done (article writing) is a good motivation, too, and should be strongly considered.
