It seems that the form efresh would refresh the labels? Are you previewing the report _in_ the form? If not you could try using .LOCKSCREEN. Otherwise, I'm at a loss, I do preview and printing in and out of windows and haven't had this particular problem...I'll let it percolate, tho' <s>
