Oh, it was funny. The first language I ever saw but BASIC. This is ages ago. We must have had an emperor.

I left this course after the basics (by value <g>). Autodidact .
University now teaches C* which is designed to be a bad example of a language.

I prefer rich languages (is this "Hochsprache"?) like the Fox.

IMHO a programmer grows up on programming.

University should teach thinking

I have to understand customer's problem no matter if I programm C VB VFP COBOL and so one. There is the difference between good and bad programmer.

Programm language is like a pen to me.

A very good programmer is jack-in-all-trades with a good pen.
