Its by choice actually. Right now we use Setup Factory and it does what we need, runs a few files, registers some controls, etc. I'm familiar with it and in the current development cycle I don't want to have to recreate what we do in another program.

As our needs change I imagine we'll switch to a different program, but for now why switch from something thats working?
