>Well I did figure out the problem. The error was occuring every other time I ran the program. As it turns out, if the target unzip directory already contains the file you are unzipping then error 49 is returned. The solution is to clean out the target unzip directory prior to unzipping.

Set the property to Overwrite existing files to TRUE.
