If I understand you properly you want a toolbar within a FoxPro form. Will this toolbar be always docked, or you want to be able to "detach" it from the VFP form?
Note that this detachable toolbar (AFAIK) cannot be done with standard VFP toolbar for forms that are not displayed "as top-level form".
