It works OK for me, but I've never liked it because it cuts too many corners. However, I also don't want to spend a lot of time building installs and as such ISE provides a decent tradeoff.

The biggest issue I have are related to the Windows Installer itself and the lack of auto-download of the installer runtimes if not available so you have to always leave extra instructions for the user. Or you have to compile 4 megs worth of installer runtimes which then don't even work on all platforms.

I have several commercial products installing with it and it's passable <s>...
