In our firm Zlatin can help you. I will try guessing.
Zlatin explain me that our first version of FlexMail has problems because it was done with MAPI and with different versions of Outlook and Outlook Express it behaves in different way and use different OCX (DLL). Now they use low level Win API to create the same things. May be this is the reason if you have some exact questions; send them to Zlatin, when you wake up he will responded already.
