Does anyone know of a some good Call Centre software written in VFP.

Something that can handle telephone enquiries folks might make to a local council.

The software should be able to guide an unskilled operator through a list of the most common answers to a telephone query, if there is no stock answer available it should be able to inform the operator who to put the call through to and transfer the call without the operator having to pick up the phone to do it.

It should be capable of identifying common queries so that answers to these can be added to the Answers table.

It should also be able to monitor complaints or representations etc.

The system should be capable of being modified by a VFP programmer.
