Try this

SET DEFAULT TO (HOME(2) + 'servers\foxisapi\foxis\')
Modify Project foxis
Build Exe foxis From foxis
Do foxis.exe

If your home(2) path (Tools|Options|File Locations->Samples Directory) is not set properly the above will not work.
