Let me tell you how I´m making things happen...

I just created an interface through the browser, where the members of the study group will make the meetings...

There will be 24 meetings... three times by week, during two months... every meeting will have 2 hours...

every monday, I´ll send to the member the topics scheduled to be discussed during the week, with some references to links, code snippets, and so on.

on tuesday, wednesday and thursday, the meetings will took place.

in this structure I´ve built, we have on the left side of the screen, a place where I´ll be changing "slides"... it´ll be images, code-snippets, topics, links... any useful info pre-determined... this way, we don´t waste time with a lot of things...

every message is "moderated"... no message sent will be posted directly to the message area... I´ll manually take care of what must me posted, or not... and also, the order of it, because, the messages always arrives in a asynchronous way. This sort of thing is to leave those messages ("hi, everybody", "huh", "yepp", etc) out of the messages area, and this way, we can keep a very easy to read chat transcript.

Also, the structure merges all the talk with the support material (presented at the left side of the screen)...

it´s going to be created a special forum at RapoZine´s web-site, to hold the questions about the meetings... I´ll keep track of every single message, to make sure just important messages´ been discussed, and point the most importants.

At saturdays morning, I´ll send everybody all the material gathered during the whole week, already edited and with valuable info added, and then, people can study at weekends...

all the week-scheduling will be prepared based on the Exams Outlines... and we´ll be using your and Cindy´s book to guide us... I´m trying to make some agreement with Whil, to have some good price for the members of this group, but I think Whil is not "that interested", unfortunately..... :(

Unfortunately, people will need to pay me to make it works... It´ll took almost my fulltime to make everything happens, and I cannot make it freely... anyway, it´s a really low price in Brazilian terms...
