I've installed and uninstalled Beta 1, 2, and RC1 and have not noticed any problems. I'm currently using the released version of .Net and have it installed alongside VFP 7 and VS 6.

In other words, if you wanted to use VS.NET, put it on a different PC than the one you earn your living on.
