Just peanuts, roasted, whole, no salt. I actually have a special box (not a real trash basket) to dispose of the shells, sitting to the left of the keyboard. I keep the peanuts in a bag in the kitchen, and bring about half a handful at a time, so I don't eat them too fast, and actually get to walk a little.

And a pint-sized mug of Nescafe on the box, to the right from the mouse, two or three times a day, usually cold. Milk, no sugar.
