Hi, (my 2nd SCUD!)

I have copied my DOCUMENT AND SETTINGS folder which has my important files and mail profiles of users of that machine to a different hdd as a safety backup. Today i wanted to remove the backup which i had taken earlier, all files & directories were removed except a directory under

APPLICATION DATA
MICROSOFT
CRYPTO
RSA
S-1-5-21-484763869-492894223-1343024091-500

In the above directory there is a system file which has a name 50-60 character long and this file is not getting deleted. This file is not in use by any software or windows service . Bcoz of this the backup folder which i had created earlier is not getting removed from the hdd. What should i do to remove this file and why this file is not getting deleted.
