Can you prepare a simple sample that reproduce the behaviour? I will try to look at it and find a workaround. Also, you can accomodate some your custom control for this and display such tool tip b your own way. I'm working on improved version of Fancy Tool Tip control, and the option to isplay some tool tip at will will be there too. Maybe I will do also some support for listboxes <s>.
