I am embarassed to say that I have not yet developed an app using more than two tiers. But the time has come today (The Chambers Brothers) that I am inolved in a project which requires GUI/Bus/Data/Store tiers. My question is elementary I am sure but here goes anyway. If the Bus class is responsible for feeding data to the GUI, does the GUI have the responsibility of opening cursors which will be used for Databinding? If not, then it seems that you cannot Databind controls until after the Bus class initializes it cursors. What do you think?
