I too installed SP1 on XP Pro, and have never seen the message you are getting. Was this a "clean" install of XP, or an upgrade? (Mine was a clean install.) Do you have any other FoxPro versions installed on this machine? (I've got 4 FPD/W and VFP 5 and 6.)
