Were you able to identify the proper libraries necessary to complete step 2 of the step by step guide? If you did, could you please tell me about them here or by e-mail? I managed to find some of the classes but not the last few, so I suspect that the directions mislabel the proper libraries.

As you correctly pointed out, the CB Support Web Forum is not functional until next week so your help is appreciated.
