El primer botón en el UT es "Account Setup".
Luego, haz click en el segundo botón, "Update your account setup".
En la pantalla resultante, puedes escoger varias opciones, incluyendo los foros a los cuales estás inscrito. Aparte de VFP y VFP - Spanish, recomiendo que también le eches una mirada a "Chatter" - aquí hay discusiones interesantes.
